Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Provide professional customer service through phone and email, including but not limited to ticketing and reservation services
• Timely handling of complaint calls and cases
Working hours and location
• Monday to Sunday shift 9 am to 9 pm (5 days work, 8.5 hours per day)
• Shanghae (5-minute walk from the subway station)
Educational qualifications and other requirements
• Diploma or above
• Welcome fresh graduates to apply, those with one year or more of customer service experience are preferred
• Fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
