Job Responsibilities

• Optimize and innovate the organic synthesis route of the company's existing drug products (such as naproxen, naproxen sodium, acyclovir, clopidogrel, etc.) to improve reaction efficiency and product purity.

• Engaged in drug formulation technology research, developing more stable, efficient and easily industrialized production processes.

• Analyze and solve the current production process bottleneck problem, improve the overall production yield, and reduce raw material and energy consumption.

• Devote ourselves to the development of green chemical processes, reduce the generation of three wastes, and promote the application of environmentally friendly pharmaceutical technologies.

Work requirements

• Having a PhD in chemical engineering, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry or related fields, with 3 to 5 years of relevant industrial R&D experience.

• Proficient in organic synthesis principles and experimental techniques, familiar with common catalytic reactions, asymmetric synthesis, and process optimization strategies.

• Have solid knowledge of drug formulation, understand key technologies such as solid-state control and solubility behavior regulation

• Able to independently design experimental schemes and perform data analysis, with the ability to solve complex technical problems.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for written and oral communication, able to read and write professional technical literature.
