Experienced cake decorator

Job Responsibilities

  • Independently complete the development, production and decoration of various cakes, including room temperature cakes, refrigerated cakes, festive theme cakes and customized wedding cakes, etc., ensuring product flavor stability, exquisite shape and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Based on sales forecasts and order demand, plan daily production schedules, control raw material usage and inventory consumption, reduce waste and maintain output efficiency.
  • Participate in the development and testing of new flavors, new styles and seasonal products, collaborate with the team to propose feasible suggestions, and record formulas and process flows for standardized implementation.
  • Provide appropriate support for in-store services or customer inquiries, answer questions about cake preservation, consumption methods and customization details, and enhance customer experience and brand trust.

Work requirements

  • Have more than three years of practical cake-making experience, familiar with sponge cake, chiffon cake, mousse, ganache, fondant and buttercream mainstream technologies and material properties, and able to independently complete the whole process from whipping, baking, assembly to final decoration.
  • Have basic cost awareness, be able to estimate raw material consumption, labor input and reasonable pricing space; those who have participated in small-scale bakery operations, order processing and sales activities are especially suitable.
  • Steady attitude, strong sense of responsibility, willing to accept regular skills check and internal training, and able to maintain clear communication and collaboration with the kitchen team and other departments.
