Job Responsibilities

1. Assist with the overall management of the Hong Kong office, including daily administration, filing and data organization, business reception, liaison with government authorities, and other general affairs.

2. Conduct business negotiations, provide product quotations, prepare sample boards, and follow up on projects.

3. Clarify product quality and packaging requirements, be familiar with product features, and explain product performance, specifications, applications, usage precautions, etc. to customers.

4. Sign sales contracts with customers and issue production orders accordingly.

5. Communicate with the planning department to confirm or adjust customer orders, and finalize order details with customers.

6. Reconcile accounts receivable with customers and ensure payment collection.

7. Follow up on customer complaints and returns, and assist in customer satisfaction surveys.

8. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors on an ad-hoc basis.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; at least 3 years of relevant working experience in international sales, order follow-up, etc.

2. Proficient in Cantonese and English with strong communication skills; skilled in using office software.

3. Must hold a valid Hong Kong driving license and be able to drive proficiently; possess a valid Hong Kong working visa (such as Quality Migrant Admission Scheme), local household registration, or permanent residency.
