Duties:

3. Responsible for daily administrative affairs, including file archiving, office supplies procurement and management, meeting coordination and cross-department communication and docking work;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, administration, international business and other related fields are preferred, and permanent residents of Hong Kong can relax professional restrictions;

2. Fluent in English and Cantonese listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to handle bilingual business documents and communication independently;

4. Proficient in Office office software, meticulous and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills and problem solving ability;

5. Hold a Hong Kong permanent resident identity card and return certificate, no criminal record, academic qualifications if necessary can be assisted in processing.
