Administrative Management JD:

[Job Responsibilities]

1. Office Administrative Management: Responsible for office environment maintenance, office supplies procurement, express logistics and fixed asset management.

3. Supplier Management: Interface with building property, insurance, telecommunications and other outsourcing service providers.

5. Business collaboration: Assist headhunters and labor dispatch teams in basic candidate information archiving or onboarding document preparation. Draft and translate simple Chinese and English business letters, announcements or internal documents.

[Job Requirements]

1. Bachelor's degree or above, administration, business management or human resources related professional preferred;

2. More than 2 years of administrative or assistant experience, those with Hong Kong secretarial company, headhunting industry or high net worth personal assistant experience are preferred;

3. Excellent Cantonese, Mandarin and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills (need to handle Chinese and English contracts and external communication);

4. Proficient in MS Office office software (Word, Excel, PPT), familiar with basic Hong Kong business compliance knowledge.
