Salary range:30-50K (Working days 9-18)

Duties:

  1. Comprehensively coordinate the company's administrative work. Manage and educate subordinates, and improve cross-departmental collaboration efficiency.

  2. Responsible for office space leasing, renovation, relocation, and restoration;

  3. Office environment management, meeting support and business reception work, supplier management, etc.;

  4. Manage company qualifications and licenses, handle external affairs (Industrial and Commercial Bureau, Labor Association, etc.);

  5. Responsible for fixed asset management, materials inventory and input/output storage;

  6. Vehicle maintenance and use scheduling;

  7. Implement company safety management (fire, security, emergency response plan);

Requirements:

  1. Administrative management, secretarial work, etc. Bachelor's degree or above, 5 years of administrative management experience, with at least 2 years of team management experience;

  2. Proficient in administrative management-related knowledge, familiar with Hong Kong's regional policies and regulations, and understand the public security administration regulations;

  3. Have cost control ability and cross-departmental coordination ability.
