Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for daily operations of the restaurant, including front of house, back of house, and administrative management

• Lead and train the team, improve employee service quality and team morale

• Monitor food quality, output speed, and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with the highest requirements

• Manage inventory, cost control, procurement, and financial statements

• Design and implement marketing and promotion activities to enhance the restaurant's visibility and sales

• Handling customer complaints to ensure every guest has a perfect experience

Requirements:

• Familiar with front and back of the house operations, with rich experience in cost control and human resources management

• Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English, and Cantonese (with Mandarin as a preference)

• Strong leadership, crisis management, and attention to detail

• Full of enthusiasm for the food and beverage industry, willing to do everything myself

• Able to adapt to shift work and breaks (including weekends and public holidays)
