Job Responsibilities

• According to students’ learning level and personal needs, provide one-to-one or group forms of professional teaching services, enhance subject knowledge mastery and test-taking skills.
• Create personalized learning plans for each student, combining their learning style and goals, to effectively enhance understanding and learning outcomes.
• Regularly evaluate students’ learning progress, analyze their learning status through tests and classroom performance, and adjust teaching strategies in a timely manner to ensure continuous progress.
• Assist students in completing school assignments and preparing for important exams (such as HKDSE), and guide them on effective study methods and time management skills.
• Regularly communicate with parents, report students’ learning performance, and provide specific suggestions to support students’ learning development at home.

Work requirements

• Must be a graduate of one of Hong Kong's top five universities (HKU, CUHK, NTU, PolyU, CityU) with a bachelor's or master's degree, majoring in business, humanities or social sciences.
• Academic performance is excellent, with a GPA of 3.5 or above, solid academic foundations and clear logical expression abilities.
• Familiar with the Hong Kong local curriculum system (especially HKDSE or corresponding primary and secondary school courses), and able to accurately grasp the exam focus and scoring requirements.
• Have good communication skills, be able to build trust with students, and effectively communicate learning progress and improvement suggestions to parents.
• Responsibility, patience, and a love for teaching, able to tailor to individual needs; those with teaching experience are given priority, and can flexibly accommodate weekend and evening teaching hours.
