Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the interior store renovation project, including masonry, carpentry, painting, ceiling and floor installation, etc. basic procedures.
- Properly manage and maintain personal tools and on-site shared equipment, keep the construction site clean and orderly, and implement basic safety protection measures.
- Participate in the completion acceptance, assist in correcting detailed problems (such as gap treatment, color difference adjustment, hardware installation, etc.), and ensure that the delivery quality meets the standard.
- Have practical experience in interior shop or commercial space renovation, familiar with common building materials (such as gypsum board, plywood, tiles, PVC floor, latex paint, etc.) properties and construction methods.
- Able to independently complete basic mud and water plastering, wooden frame construction, ceiling hanging and wall painting, etc. multiple processes, with basic reading and drawing ability.
- Preference will be given to those with a valid construction worker registration certificate ("red card") or relevant trade skills certification.
- Work seriously and responsibly, with good communication awareness and team spirit, and able to adapt to different store operating hours (such as overnight or non-business hours construction)
