Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling related invoice (invoice) and packing list (packing list) for shipment, ensuring accurate and error-free data.
• Stay in touch with freight forwarders and coordinate the shipment of goods, including booking a container, tracking sailing dates, and delivering documents.
• Handle and ship internal documents, such as shipping notices, bill of lading confirmations, etc., to maintain document consistency and integrity.
• Assist in completing other ship-related or administrative support tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• High school or vocational school degree, with basic English reading and writing abilities, able to understand simple business letters and shipping documents.
• Familiar with EXCEL, WORD and other office software operations, with good data sorting and document processing abilities.
• Careful and responsible, with basic number concepts, able to accurately handle invoice amounts and quantity verification.
• Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively communicate with freight forwarders, warehouses and internal departments.
• Applicants with clothing industry or trading company shipping, follow-up related work experience are preferred.
