Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning, coordinate manpower and resources, and ensure project implementation.
Handle administrative work, including writing proposals, meeting summaries, project materials, activity reports, government grant applications, and exchange group pre-preparation.
Assist in the preparation of the budget, check expenditure vouchers and handle financial administrative procedures.
Accept tasks assigned by superiors, have stress resistance ability, and be able to cope with sudden situations and urgent schedule adjustments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in social sciences, management, public policy, communication, etc. Relevant disciplines are preferred.
One or more years of event coordination or project management experience, with community, youth or educational institution service experience being even better.
Active, able to work independently, sense of responsibility, team spirit, interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, basic data analysis and report writing ability.
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
Have basic image processing and design skills, and be able to use Photoshop or Canva to create posters or promotional items.
