Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall personnel management and performance management of the Hong Kong campus, and responsible for the overall operating results;

3. Obtain parent contact information from the marketing department, communicate with parents by phone and invite them to experience courses in-store, thereby improving store attendance and conversion rates; win customer trust with professional and attentive service, enhance customer satisfaction and word of mouth, and encourage existing customers to make referrals, thereby expanding the source of students;

4. Collaborate with the team to achieve enrollment goals, participate in market promotion activities, and assist in enhancing brand influence;

5. Provide professional course introduction and system explanation to students’ parents, clearly communicate the training value of the course, recommend suitable course solutions based on customer needs, and effectively promote enrollment;

Requirements:

2. Age between 30 and 45, able to hold a long-term and stable position, and adapt to the pace of the job;

4. Positive and proactive personality, serious and responsible work attitude, strong stress resistance and execution ability, and the ability to maintain a good state in high-stress work;

5. Have good customer service awareness, pay attention to details and communication skills, and be able to accept a certain extent of overtime arrangement.
