Provide professional and high-quality customer service experience
Responsible for the daily operation of the medical center, including handling patient inquiries, appointments, registration, reception, and dispensing medication
Actively assist doctors in the diagnosis process
Handle all follow-up matters after customers' consultations
Process and apply for government funding for service plans
Keep the medical center clean and hygienic and maintain medical equipment

Position requirements
Grade Seven / DSE qualification, with a preference for those with a college degree or above
Medical center and drug dispensing experience required
Customer service work experience is preferred
Fluent Cantonese, with English and Mandarin communication skills
Politeness, sense of responsibility, initiative, and enthusiasm for work
Understand basic computer operations, including Excel and Word
Working 44 hours per week, rotating shifts and breaks
Benefits
