Job Description
Registered Social Worker
Job Responsibilities- Responsible for planning and executing various activities of the Association, including volunteer training, volunteer supervision, volunteer service activities, summer children and youth activities, African child sponsorship program, and various fundraising activities.
- Coordinate the work progress and division of each volunteer group, coordinate the various arrangements before and after the event, and ensure the smooth conduct of the event.
- After the event, collect feedback from participants, analyze the effectiveness of the event, write a summary report, and propose improvement suggestions to optimize future project execution.
- Manage and supervise subordinate activity officers and volunteer teams, guide them to complete assigned tasks, and enhance team professional skills and service quality.
- Regularly report project progress to the supervisor and support overall strategy goals by promoting business development.
- Hold a recognized social work bachelor's degree or above, and have valid registration as a social worker.
- Passionate about serving society, with good patience, sense of responsibility, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Preference will be given to those with practical experience in planning, organizing and leading children and youth activities.
- Applicants with volunteering or community service experience will be given priority.
- Have good communication skills, team spirit and problem-solving abilities, and be able to work independently or collaboratively with colleagues.
- Need to have basic financial concepts and be able to effectively manage activity budgets.
- Able to adapt to a busy work environment and participate in outdoor activities on weekends or public holidays if necessary.
