A. Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily teaching management of the International Department, formulate and supervise the implementation of teaching plans, ensure teaching quality and progress, and help complete the enrollment plan task; establish and maintain good relations between teachers and students, strengthen communication with students, and enhance their learning interest and motivation.

2. Manage and guide the teaching team, assist the principal leader in doing well in teacher training, evaluation and assessment; develop course content and teaching methods according to courses and student needs, and conduct teaching research activities.

3. Regularly organize educational and teaching research, promote teaching reform and development, and improve teaching and learning quality; organize and arrange teaching assistance and management matters.

4. Timely understand student dynamics, adjust teaching content and methods to meet the needs of students and parents; cooperate with other departments of the school to complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

II. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, management-related major is preferred, those who have teaching experience or understanding of DSE courses are preferred;

2. Have management experience, with at least 3 years of teaching and administrative work in international schools or international departments;

1. MPF, paid winter and summer breaks;

2. Monthly salary is about 25K-30K;
