Job Description
Responsibilities:
(1)Manage the administrative and clerical work of the association(2) Management Association conducts online or physical promotion and publicity of course activities and schedules, manages the operation and writing of the Management Association website, edits social media post content, designs images and video production(3)Assist the association in operating its electronic business platform (including writing scripts and shooting and producing YouTube videos, operating Shopify's electronic business platform, and using WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram promotional functions)(4)Assist the chairman or general secretary in planning the association's various activities and course arrangements(5)Responsible for writing and editing social media content; photography and image processing, managing social page contentFunction:
(1)Have Microsoft Office software (word, Excel, powerpoint) certificate and understand how to use simple design software (Canva, etc.), and be able to master the production of various files, presentations, posters, promotional leaflets, course and activity brochures/annual reports, etc.(2) Able to use information technology and digital skills to manage information and promote e-marketing strategies, courses and association services(3) Able to write about mental health and various psychological topics in a conversational style, and with editing skills(4) Understand how to operate social media functions and sell ads (Facebook, IG, Whatsapp) and organize parents' social media groups for associations
(5) Understand and use AI technologies, and apply them to your work
Qualifications: Graduated from a professional college: Have a higher diploma/associate degree or above in psychology or counseling, or other business management bachelor's degree, and have 2 years of experience in educational institutions in planning and developing educational courses.
Working hours: 21 hours per week, working three days (Saturday may work half a day), and working on Sundays if necessary.
