Job Responsibilities
1. Provide consultation services to customers on Hong Kong preschool education school selection (including transfer), covering primary schools, secondary schools and international schools, formulate application plans, ensure that the students we serve can advance the application process on time, and be responsible for the school selection results;
2. Provide immediate response, answer and handle customers’ questions about Hong Kong school selection, always understand customer needs to provide quality customer service, and maintain good customer relationships;
3. Organize and update consultation data of Hong Kong schools, provide support to the front-line sales team; and personally assist sales in completing signature conversion work;
4. Assist in the implementation of student training, Hong Kong education theme study camp, service standard operating procedures (SOP) digitalization promotion work, and company education public number operation, etc.
Qualifications for employment
1. Bachelor's degree or above, those who understand Cantonese and hold a graduation qualification from a Hong Kong school are preferred (graduates from primary school, secondary school and university are all eligible);
2. Familiar with the pre-school education, primary and secondary school systems and assessment knowledge in Hong Kong, understand the K15 admission process, master the rules of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (DSE), and those with successful application cases are preferred;
3. Have training, research and study camp planning, new media operation or digitalization efficiency improvement related experience;
5. Hold a valid Hong Kong work permit and be able to work long-term in Hong Kong.
