Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for actively contacting potential customers through the telephone resources provided by the company, inviting them to experience course services at the Hong Kong office of the World Cultural and Communication Center at No. 18, Wai Fai Road, causeway Bay.

• Personally welcome in-store customers, provide detailed course consultation and needs analysis, recommend appropriate solutions based on customer background and learning objectives, and promote on-site signing and completion.

• Continuously participate in internal training and education product knowledge learning arranged by the company, understand the latest curriculum system, teaching features and market positioning, and enhance professional consulting skills.

• Regularly follow up on the learning progress and satisfaction of enrolled customers, maintain relationships through phone calls, messages or face-to-face interviews, and explore opportunities for renewal, referral and promotion.

• Collaborate with the team to complete daily sales data recording, customer information updates, and weekly/monthly performance consolidation to ensure standardized service processes and information accuracy.

• Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to use Mandarin and basic English fluently for customer conversations and document understanding, with no language barriers.

• No matter your academic background, fresh graduates or career changers are welcome. The company provides complete training support; those with education, sales or customer service experience are given priority.

• Have proactive service awareness and stress resistance, and be able to stabilize business goals under a flexible shift schedule from Tuesday to Sunday (09:00-19:00).

• Familiar with the office work environment, able to operate computers and common communication tools (such as WhatsApp, Zoom, CRM systems, etc.) fluently, and with basic office processing skills.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet local employment qualifications, be able to work full-time at our office in causeway bay, and not accept remote or part-time arrangements.

• Competitive salary structure: monthly salary range of HKD$20,000–$40,000, base salary plus high proportion commission, actual income depending on personal performance, salary negotiable based on ability.
