II. Recruitment subject:

1. Language and Literature: English, Chinese, Journalism and Communication, Media Studies, etc.

2. Science and technology: mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, computer science, etc.

3. Business and Economics: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management, Business Analytics, etc.

4. Social Sciences: Psychology, sociology, law, public policy, international relations, etc.

5. Art and Design: Film and television production, graphic design, visual art, cultural and creative industries, etc.

Three. Job Responsibilities

1. Teaching and delivery

· Teaching according to the teaching schedule, covering at least one direction of AD / A Level / DSE / Competition;

2. Evaluation and learning management

· Provide targeted learning feedback and improvement suggestions (including writing, essay questions, data analysis, project presentation, etc., as needed).

3. Curriculum development and teaching and learning

· Participate or lead course standardization construction: lecture notes, question bank, Mock exams, evaluation Rubric, Lesson Plan, etc.;

4. Competition/Project Guidance

· Design a tiered training program (foundation - improvement - sprint) for competition students, organize simulation assessments and post-mortems;

· Guide academic projects/work/products/exhibitions (as required by the subject and course).

Four. Employment Requirements

1. Academic background is excellent

· Have relevant professional background in the field, GPA 3.5 or above;

· Language courses: IELTS 7.0+ or TOEFL 105+ (with appropriate relaxation for engineering and science students);

· Other professional courses must meet the relevant professional certification or industry standards (if applicable).

2. Teaching ability requirements

· Familiar and able to handle at least one of the following teaching: Associate Degree AD / A Level / Hong Kong DSE / Subject Competition;

· Have good classroom expression and student management skills, strong result orientation.

3. Priority employment

· Hold relevant professional qualifications/authority certifications: such as CFA/ACCA in business;

· Have international teaching background or cross-cultural exchange experience;

· Publish high-level papers, write teaching materials or win academic awards;

· Priority will be given to those with competition team/award case, mature training system or question bank/Mock construction experience.

4. Essential conditions

· Have a valid Hong Kong identity and work visa, with a validity period of more than 1 year (mandatory).
