The role is a core key talent for the company to develop AI film production and creative technology business in Hong Kong.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full production process of film/image projects (Pre-production, Production, Post-production)

• Lead the application and landing of artificial intelligence technology in film and post-production, including:

  • AI-assisted editing, color correction, and visual effects (VFX)

  • AI-generated images (AIGC), virtual characters, digital human content

  • AI pre-visualization (Pre-visualization), intelligent split-screen and script analysis

• Promote the integration of innovative technology and creative content, improve production efficiency, cost control, and creative possibilities

• Collaborate across professional boundaries with AI engineering, post-production and creative teams to establish a sustainable intelligent production process

• Integrate and manage mainland China's full film production resources to support cross-border cooperation and international projects

• Represent the company at Filmart, international film festivals and technology-related platforms to promote cultural exports and industrial cooperation

• Continuously study the global AI image technology and creative industry development trends, and provide strategic advice to the company

• Participate in the studio's film production management process and technical empowerment work

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above (film, creative media, digital art or related fields)

• 10 years or more of film/image production and production management experience

• Have the ability to develop long-term IP, including but not limited to the ability to plan ahead, full-process management experience of long-term anime series

• Familiar with the domestic film industry and market operations, and with actual production resources that can be called upon

• Have a certain understanding of the application of artificial intelligence in the creative industry

• Preference will be given to those who are familiar or have practical experience: AI image generation and post-production tools

• Act as a bridge between technical and creative teams, promoting cross-border collaboration
