Core responsibilities

1. Service and maintenance of existing customers, activation and promotion of customer transaction activity

2. Conversion and service of new customers, providing investor education services to new investors, and assisting customers in solving investment problems

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience

2. Cantonese can be used as a working language, with fluent Cantonese communication and expression skills

3. Financial and securities industry customer sales / service background is preferred

4. Strong learning ability, with strong business negotiation and resource development skills

5. Strong sense of purpose, self-motivated, with strong stress resistance and team spirit
