Job description:

Main responsibilities:

- Flexible working hours, responsible for staff, assume management responsibilities and duties, supervise the company's activities regulated by the Securities Regulatory Commission

- Manage daily operations to ensure full compliance

- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and good market practice standards

Requirements and notes:

- Have experience in any of the following areas: investment portfolio management, trading, research, proprietary trading, discretionary account management, private equity

- Priority will be given to those holding a Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) Type 4+9 regulated activity responsible person license, however, current representatives with such experience will also be considered

- Currently, unconditional RO holders are preferred

- Have a thorough understanding of securities and futures regulations, relevant regulatory agencies' rules and guidelines as well as risk management and control

- Knowledgeable about front-end operations, sales, risk control, and investment processes of fund management companies

- Able to work under pressure, with strong analytical, leadership, expression and interpersonal communication skills

- Good written and oral English and Chinese (including Mandarin) skills

- Welcome domestic individuals with qualifications to apply, if the applicant meets the domestic private equity fund manager's registration qualifications and the following requirements (the employer will apply for a Hong Kong work visa on behalf of suitable individuals):

With at least 5 years of work experience in securities, funds, futures investment management, etc.;

With more than 5 years of experience in equity investment management or related industry management, etc.;
