Position focus:

1. Customer communication and leadership: Independently meet with customers, deeply understand their needs, and present design concepts and solutions in a professional and persuasive manner.

2. Full life cycle project management: Responsible for the entire process from concept development, floor planning, material selection and matching, construction drawing review to on-site supervision.

3. On-site coordination: Supervise construction site operations, coordinate technical details with foreman and various professional consultants to ensure accurate implementation of design intentions.

4. Technical monitoring: Guide and review construction drawings and details, ensuring technical accuracy.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Hold a recognized interior design or architecture degree, and have 8 years or more of local high-end residential, large-scale developer or commercial project experience.

2. Communication skills: Fluent in Cantonese, with excellent Chinese writing and Mandarin speaking abilities (requiring a business trip to mainland China), and able to communicate basic work-related information in English.

3. Software skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, V-Ray, and Enscape; familiar with D5 Render or AI-assisted design tools is preferred.

4. Characteristics: Detail-oriented, with strong stress management and problem-solving abilities, able to lead junior designers to grow together.
