Job Summary

As a Senior IT Procurement Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the execution of IT procurement processes. You will support the procurement of IT goods and services, ensuring compliance with policies and optimizing resource allocation to meet internal needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Execution: Facilitate the procurement process for IT goods and services, including requisition processing, purchase order creation, and order tracking.

• Vendor Coordination: Assist in managing relationships with IT vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality of products and services.

• Contract Support: Help in the preparation and administration of contracts with IT suppliers, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including vendor contracts, purchase orders, and inventory levels.

• Market Research: Conduct basic market research to gather information on IT products and pricing, assisting in vendor selection.

• Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with internal teams to understand IT requirements and provide timely procurement support.

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all procurement processes comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.

• Reporting: Generate reports on procurement activities, expenditures, and vendor performance for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Prefer 1 year+ experience, ideally relating to IT roles, include but not limited to IT procurement, PMO, BA or Testing related jobs; preferably in the financial services sector.

• Familiarity with IT products and services.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
