Personal care product export, mainly communicate with US customers through email, video conferencing, and following up on orders

Have fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, and be able to independently conduct business communication, write emails, and host video conferences in English;

Familiar with import and export trade procedures, understand basic customs clearance, FOB/CIF and other trade terms, those with personal care products or consumer goods export experience are preferred

• Careful and meticulous, with good time management and multi-task handling skills, able to accurately complete each stage of order tracking and administrative work under delivery pressure

• Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or other legitimate work qualifications in Hong Kong

• Five-day work week, with daily working hours from 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)

• Holiday according to Hong Kong's statutory holidays

• Monthly salary range is from HKD 15,000 to 30,000, and salary can be adjusted according to experience and ability
