A. Job Responsibilities:

1. Track and manage business orders to ensure timely delivery and meet business needs;

2. Follow up on logistics, customs clearance and related documents (such as bills of lading, packing lists);

3. Quickly respond to customer needs, answer customer inquiries, maintain existing customers and expand new customers;

5. Regularly collect and analyze business-related data to provide data support for company business decisions;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

II. Employment Requirements:

1. Proficient in oral and written expression in Chinese and English (including Mandarin);

2. Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to handle work affairs efficiently;

3. Associate degree or above (including higher diploma and associate degree), trade/logistics related professional preferred;

4. Relevant work experience is preferred;

5. Proficient in computer office software such as Word, Excel, etc.
