Coordinate and manage the overall sales order process, including receiving orders, reviewing orders, production coordination, delivery arrangements and follow-up, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Regularly analyze order data and customer feedback, identify process bottlenecks and propose optimization suggestions, and continuously improve order fulfillment accuracy, delivery completion rate, and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for project follow-up and support for important customers, participating in pre-sales coordination and post-sales service connection, and assisting in maintaining long-term stable cooperative relations.
Timely compile and submit various follow-up reports (such as order progress table, overdue analysis report, inventory warning, etc.), and provide a clear and timely business operation view to the upper level.
Work requirements:
Have good logical thinking and meticulous execution ability, be able to handle multiple order tasks simultaneously, and maintain high efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Cantonese, with fluent English and Mandarin communication skills, able to independently write and understand Chinese and English business documents and emails.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), with basic ERP or order management system operation experience is preferred.
Holding valid Hong Kong residency qualifications, meet one of the following visa identities: Hong Kong permanent resident, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), outstanding talent entry plan (Outstanding Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/return employment arrangement (IANG), dependent entry visa, or other legal work permit.
