Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for following the delivery order and route planning, delivering goods to the designated customer or store on time, and ensuring that the quantity, type and status of the goods are consistent with the order;
Execute goods loading and unloading operations, including handling, counting, verification and receipt, and properly handling minor damage or abnormal situations;
Maintain polite communication with customers, answer basic inquiries such as delivery time and product information, and assist in handling simple exchange and return coordination, and plan delivery to customers in the order of priority.
Daily pre-trip check to ensure all relevant delivery slips for the area are accounted for.
Support the warehouse and operations team, participate in temporary scheduling arrangements, and provide support for peak period delivery, warehouse internal logistics or simple inventory count.
Neat appearance and the most polite communication attitude.

Requirements:

Good physical condition, able to carry more than 20 kg of goods, adapted to long periods of standing, bending and outdoor work environment;
Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, be able to clearly read delivery orders, address markings, and system prompts, and correctly fill out paper or electronic records;
Strong sense of responsibility, reliable timekeeping, able to independently complete route delivery tasks, and proactive in reporting and coordinating in case of unexpected situations (such as traffic delays, customers not being present)
