Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing potential customers in overseas markets (the United States, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea) and expanding the overseas sales channel for the company's electronic products.
- According to the characteristics of various local markets and customer habits, professional and accurate written and oral communication in local language is carried out to ensure that information is transmitted without error.
- Organize and regularly report customer information, market feedback and competitive dynamics, and assist the company in optimizing its overseas marketing strategy and product positioning.
- Have fluent local language skills in the target country (English/Indonesian/Malay/ Japanese/Korean) and good Chinese expression ability, and be able to independently complete bilingual business communication and document processing.
- Applicants with cross-border e-commerce, electronic products trade or B2B export business experience are preferred; Accept part-time flexible work mode, can self-plan work time and rhythm.
- Have basic international market knowledge, understand the target country's import regulations, consumption habits and mainstream procurement channels (such as local distributors, online platforms, retailers, etc.).
- Have good customer-oriented awareness and negotiation skills, be proactive in uncovering customer needs, building trust relationships and driving cooperation forward.
- Familiar with common office tools (such as email, Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, etc.), with basic CRM operations or data recording habits, and with information security and compliance.
