Job Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up on customer inquiries, assist in arranging suitable therapy appointment times, and enhance the customer experience
• According to customer needs, provide professional and suitable treatment advice, with service orientation as the main focus, and no rigid sales indicators
• Accurately record customer information and communication progress, and complete a simple Excel format follow-up report as required
• Cooperate with the team to complete designated customer service tasks under the shift system, with night shifts as the main shift

• Applicants with customer service or telemarketing experience will be given priority
• Must be able to use Chinese input method and be familiar with general computer software, especially basic Excel report filling and sorting
• Have good communication skills, polite and clear tone, sense of responsibility and stable work attitude
• Positive and proactive personality, able to independently track customer progress and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Can be adjusted to fit shift and break arrangements, including weekdays, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays attendance, and rest days are based on bank holidays

• Enjoy a five-day work week，actual shifts are based on the schedule (weekday 10AM-7PM / 12PM-9PM; Saturday 10AM-7PM / 11PM-8PM; Sunday and public holidays 10AM-7PM)
• Enjoy bank holiday work, rotating from Monday to Sunday
• Base salary varies depending on experience $13000-$15000]
• Set up attendance bonus to encourage stable attendance

• Monthly salary can reach $22,000
