Delivery driver

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely delivery of express packages and goods from warehouse or distribution center to designated customer address, ensuring goods are safely, accurately, and intact;

• Assist the driver in completing loading and unloading operations, count the number of goods and check the consistency of the invoice, and update the delivery status in real time;

• During delivery, actively communicate with customers, handle simple inquiries and signature matters, and enhance customer service experience;

• Regularly check the basic condition of the vehicle (such as tires, lights, brakes, etc.), and report any abnormalities to the supervisor immediately;

Work requirements

• Aged 18 or above, holding a valid Hong Kong resident identity card or having legal working qualifications in Hong Kong (with employer assistance to apply for a work visa);

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic Mandarin listening and speaking abilities, and able to clearly understand delivery instructions and interact with customers;

• No need for related academic qualifications or industry experience, newcomers are welcome to apply, the company provides on-the-job training and route guidance;

• Have a good sense of responsibility and service awareness, be able to adapt to outdoor working environment and physical labor, including moving medium-weight goods;

• Willing to accept shift arrangements, the main working hours of this position are Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm, with actual shifts depending on operational needs.

Benefits

• Monthly salary range from HKD$18,000 to $27,000, depending on performance and experience, with a competitive salary in the market;
