Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with completing their orders, picking up their food, and other related operations, providing efficient and thoughtful service experiences

• Proactively interact with customers and provide personalized services such as seat guidance, meal assistance, and question answering based on individual needs

• Guide customers on how to use the self-service ordering kiosk correctly, and promote McDonald's mobile app and various digital discounts

• Responsible for food preparation, serving, and supplies, strictly following standard operating procedures to ensure quality and efficiency

• Maintain the lobby environment clean and hygienic, clean the dining area and work station regularly to ensure food safety standards

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic Mandarin ability, and good at interacting with customers of different backgrounds

• No need for relevant experience or specific academic qualifications, welcome newcomers and students to apply, the company provides comprehensive on-the-job training

• Have good service awareness, proactive, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

• Can accommodate night shifts and overnight shifts, flexible working hours, and can be coordinated with the supervisor for suitable shifts

• Enjoy an hourly wage of 50 to 55 yuan, adjusted based on performance and experience
