Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily monitoring and alarm system operation of the hotel control room, immediately grasping the safety situation of each area, and recording relevant monitoring logs.
- Manage hotel parking lot entrance and exit order, guide parking, inspect abnormal conditions, and ensure the safety and smoothness of the parking lot.
- Collaborate with front desk staff to verify and register visiting guests' identities, and if necessary, assist with handling sudden reception or security screening needs, maintaining lobby area order and image.
- Have a basic security guard certificate
- Able to operate CCTV surveillance systems, access control management platforms, fire alarm control panels, and other common security devices, with basic fault identification abilities.
- Have good observation and crisis awareness, be able to stay focused during night shifts or rotating shifts, independently judge and properly handle general safety abnormalities.
- Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to communicate briefly in Mandarin or English; have a steady and polite service attitude, which meets the hotel industry's requirements for professional image.
- Healthy body, quick response, no criminal record, and able to adapt to standing patrols.
