Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate the daily operation of the hotel lobby, including front desk service, concierge coordination, customer complaint handling, and emergency response
Supervise and train front-line employees to ensure service quality meets the hotel brand standard
Working 5.5 days per week, rotating early shifts (9 hours), and working at Tsim Sha Tsui
No relevant work experience required
Fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
Must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa: Hong Kong permanent resident, Top Talent Pass (TTPS), Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), Non-local Graduates Hong Kong Employment Scheme (IANG), Dependent visa or other valid work permit
Monthly salary $37,000–$56,000, depending on experience and performance
