Job Responsibilities:

• In serving food and beverages to the restaurant customers in an efficient and professional manner, according to our restaurant standard and procedure
• Provides efficient, discreet and professional service of food and beverage to customers
• Table settings, correct layout and cleanliness of equipment

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel or luxury restaurant
• Excellent customer service skills and manner
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• According to restaurant standards and procedures, provide efficient and professional dining services to restaurant customers
• Provide efficient, attentive and professional dining services to customers, maintaining a good attitude and communication
• Responsible for table setting, correct placement of utensils, and ensuring equipment is clean
• Assist with daily restaurant operations, including seating arrangements, menu introduction, and customer demand handling

• Minimum 2 years of hotel or high-end restaurant related work experience
• Having excellent customer service skills and good professional etiquette
• Able to fluently use English and Chinese (including writing and speaking)
• Have a team spirit, and be able to maintain professional performance under high pressure
• Passionate about dining services, attention to detail and service quality
