• Plan service processes, standards, and event solutions, optimize customer experience, and improve service quality.

• Manage daily shifts, training and performance of the service team, and coordinate the connection between the front and back of the house.

Job Requirements

• 5 years of restaurant service experience, with at least 3 years of team management experience, and must have hotel management experience.

• Proficient in budgeting and cost control, materials procurement process, and cost control methods.

• Have good planning, customer communication and team management skills, strong stress resistance.

• Familiar with food service standards and sanitation and safety regulations.
