Job Responsibilities

• Prepare orders according to the specified standards

• Pay attention to portion control

• Responsible for the proper food storage of the department

• Ensure compliance with cost control policies and procedures

• Comply with and enforce the health and safety standards set by the Hong Kong Jockey Club

• Reduce waste and make good use of leftovers

• Prepare all specified required items

• Check the quality and quantity of goods received

Entry Requirements

• Three or more years of work experience in a hotel or club, with preference for those who have worked in Michelin-starred restaurants

• There were two or more years of supervision position

• For related kitchen daily operations, procurement system, cost control, HACCP sanitation system, workplace safety, human resources matters have full understanding

• Creative and market-aware dining trends

• Able to combine various national cuisines to create new dishes and constantly improve them
