Looking for a B-licensed driver willing to work all night.

This position will assist the on-duty engineer and lead the technical team, providing comprehensive facilities management services to ensure the building's operation. Support and property management services for the site, including data centers, staging areas, etc., and guide technical personnel to assist external contractors in maintaining building service facilities, especially critical task systems such as uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, fire protection systems, elevator systems, and supervision of backup generators, cooling units, CRAC systems, and power quality monitoring systems, etc. operate.

• Assist the on-duty engineer in monitoring the 24-hour business operations of the site to ensure the maximum running time and continuous cooling of the redundant power supply.

• As the second responsible person for the 7x24 operation of the site and any temporary and emergency situations.

• Monitor and liaise with external contractors to ensure work is delivered.

• According to the activity schedule report on duty.

Human resources requirements

• Certificate/craft certificate in electrical/mechanical/architectural services engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines.

• Must be a registered electrician B license according to EMSD, and hold a valid construction safety training certificate "green card".

• Need to have basic knowledge of computer operations.

• Preference will be given to those with a valid driver's license for light trucks.
