Duties:

  • Integrated operations and management

  • Coordinate and be responsible for the overall operation of the store, covering hotel management, student dormitory management, etc. Core business segments, establish and implement standardized operations Management process, ensure stable daily operation order.

  • Lead the dormitory security management work, establish a security patrol system, regularly organize safety hazards, coordinate and handle security emergencies, and maintain the safety of people and property in the dormitory and business area.

  • Lead the construction of a sanitation management system, clarify the sanitation standards and cleaning frequencies for each area, supervise the cleaning team's implementation, and conduct regular sanitation inspections to ensure that the store and dormitory environment are clean and up to standard.

  • Team and affairs coordination

  • Timely respond to the needs of residents and customers, properly handle various service inquiries and complaints, and enhance service satisfaction.

  • Regularly review operating data and management effectiveness, develop optimization plans based on existing problems, and continuously improve store management levels.

  • Cross-departmental collaboration

  • Collaborate with administrative, logistics and other relevant departments to complete procurement of supplies, facility maintenance and other work, ensuring the normal supply of operating materials and equipment for the store.

  • Interface with external security, cleaning and other cooperative units, supervise the quality of cooperative services, and ensure that outsourcing services meet the store management standards.

  • Have hotel and large property manager job experience, and Student dormitory management related experiencePreference will be given to those who have completed the course.

  • Professional skills

  • Familiar with hotel management processes, familiar with daily management, security management, sanitation management, etc. core business of student dormitories, and able to independently set up and implement related management systems.

  • Have strong problem-solving skills and be able to quickly handle various sudden situations in the operation process.

  • Have good planning and coordination skills, and be able to efficiently integrate team resources to achieve management goals.

  • Language skills

  • Need to be proficient inCantoneseorEnglish, can smoothly carry out daily work communication.

  • Other requirements

  • Have a high sense of responsibility and service awareness, good professional ethics and team spirit.

  • Able to adapt to the flexible work schedule of store management, and to accept necessary overtime and emergency duty.
