Core Responsibilities (Responsibilities)
Overall operations management
Responsible for the overall operation and management of the building and related business forms (office, meeting, catering and apartments) to ensure high efficiency and quality of service.
Pre-opening and operation system construction
Lead project pre-opening, establish operating procedures, service standards and SOPs to ensure smooth opening and stable operation.
Service standards and experience management
Benchmarking international five-star hotels, establishing and optimizing service standards, and enhancing customer experience and brand image.
Team building and management
Establish and manage the operations team (front desk, customer service, dining and facilities), enhance team capabilities and execution.
Cross-department and external resource collaboration
Coordinate and collaborate with property, engineering, suppliers and related consultants to ensure smooth progress of various operating activities.
Requirements
Industry experience
8 years of hotel or serviced apartment operation and management experience, with a background in well-known five-star hotels in Hong Kong, overseas or the mainland.
Opening experience (key)
Have hotel or serviced apartment pre-opening (pre-opening) experience, able to build an operating system from scratch.
Operational and management skills
Have complete operational management experience and be able to coordinate multiple business models (accommodation, dining, meeting, etc.) operations.
Service and standard awareness
Familiar with international hotel management standards (such as Marriott, Hyatt, Shangri-La, etc.), with high-end service and experience management capabilities.
Language skills
Good English and Mandarin skills, able to adapt to cross-regional and high-end customer communication.
