Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer reception, ordering and serving dishes in the restaurant to ensure a smooth dining process and a welcoming experience.
  • Familiar with Cantonese cuisine names, cooking methods and basic dining culture, able to accurately introduce dish features and recommended pairings to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen, cashier and other service staff to respond promptly to sudden needs (such as adding seats, changing dishes, handling complaints, etc.).
  • Record customer special requirements (such as food allergies, dietary restrictions, celebration arrangements, etc.), and implement them carefully during the service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rate.

Work requirements

  • Fluent in Cantonese, able to naturally respond to local and overseas Cantonese customers, with a clear accent and good listening skills.
  • Have at least one year of experience in front-line service at a Chinese restaurant or catering company, familiar with the rhythm and service standards of Chinese restaurant operations.
  • Appearance is clean and attitude is friendly and proactive, with basic etiquette and emotional management skills, and able to maintain stable service quality during peak hours.
  • Have basic communication and coordination skills, be able to handle common customer inquiries independently, and timely reflect the need for support to the supervisor.
  • Willing to accept shift arrangements (including lunch, dinner, holidays and peak season overtime), punctuality and responsibility, and a team spirit.
