Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation of the store, including early shift, night shift and overnight shift, with priority given to applicants living in the area.
- Greet customers with politeness and friendliness, provide clear assistance with ordering and basic consultation services, and enhance their dining experience.
- Follow standard procedures for meal preparation, serving, and cash handling to ensure accurate orders, quick service, and correct billing.
- Prepare and process various ingredients according to food safety regulations, including washing, cutting, marinating and packaging, and strictly abide by the time and temperature control requirements.
- Continuously maintain the overall sanitation environment of the store, including equipment, cutlery, dining area and backspace, implement cleaning and disinfection procedures, and meet the food and environmental hygiene standards of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.
- Have good communication skills and service awareness, be proactive in dealing with different types of customers, and demonstrate professionalism and patience.
- Have basic food handling knowledge, familiar with the general process of making small snacks; those with no experience can receive training, but they must have a learning attitude and execution ability.
- Able to complete assigned tasks independently, as well as to cooperate with a team, and to maintain efficiency and stability during busy periods.
- Yearly 18 years old, hold a valid Hong Kong identity card, and agree to participate in the work injury insurance and mandatory provident fund (MPF) plan according to the law.
- Salary range is from HKD$16,000 to $19,000, depending on experience and performance, with a competitive market salary.
- Provide stable part-time work to transition to full-time employment, and those who perform well may be offered long-term employment and promotion opportunities.
