Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the reception of outpatient patients, providing professional and friendly customer service
Assist in arranging and following up on pet patients’ review appointment reminders and booking procedures
Handling incoming inquiries, on-site registration, and patient data input and management
Perform daily administrative tasks, including organizing medical records, printing reports, and other administrative support
Coordinate communication and service connections between doctors, nursing teams and pet owners
Requirements:
Applicants with relevant animal hospital or medical institution reception experience will be given priority
Fluent in Cantonese, and able to communicate basic needs in English and Mandarin
Have good communication skills and the ability to meet customer needs
Polite, patient, and attentive, with a sense of responsibility and team spirit
Like animals, have basic knowledge and adaptation ability to the pet medical environment
