Job Description
Requirements:
Must be registered in Hong Kong for a period of not less than 3 years.
No criminal/professional misconduct record
Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily management of the clinic and ensure its smooth operation.
Ensure the clinic complies with the regulations, license and clinic practice guidelines
Ensure that the operation of the Kowloon Bay Clinic meets the requirements of Hong Kong's private medical institution legislation
Responsible for adopting and implementing rules, policies, and procedures regarding healthcare services provided by clinics.
Ensure the clinic's operations comply with the requirements of the Private Medical Institutions Ordinance, including license conditions, professional conduct rules, etc.
Other possible responsibilities
Personnel Management: Supervise medical personnel work and communicate with medical personnel.
Administrative work: Process related medical administrative work, such as record keeping.
Coordination work: Contact other healthcare providers and funding agencies to coordinate services.
Provide advice: Provide advice to government departments to improve medical and welfare services and facilities.
