Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for preparing and submitting the monthly liquid capital required by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) in the form of a financial resources return (FRR), ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness;
2. Lead or co-ordinate the preparation and submission of various regulatory financial statements, including BMRQ, annual confirmation letters and other designated documents, and comply with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements for review;
3. Coordinate annual financial audits, including providing information, cross-departmental coordination, following up on audit opinions and implementing corrective actions to ensure the audit is completed successfully and meets the compliance standards of the licensed institution;
4. Plan and execute company financial budget management process, monitor actual income and expenses with budget differences, regularly analyze fund utilization efficiency, and formulate phased fund allocation strategies;
Requirements:
1. Hold a recognized university bachelor’s degree, majoring in accounting, finance, or related fields; have about 3 years of practical experience in financial management or supervisory reporting in licensed financial institutions in Hong Kong;
2. Familiar with the relevant financial supervision requirements of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), especially familiar with the FRR application framework, BMRQ input logic and audit cooperation points;
5. Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, able to write regulatory documents, conduct cross-institutional communication, and participate in internal reporting in three languages; must have Hong Kong permanent residency, or already hold a High Talent Pass, Outstanding Talent Pass, IANG or other valid Hong Kong work permit.
