Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling special cases in the corporate banking department, including complex account opening procedures and document review, to ensure compliance with internal compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with front-line customer managers to provide backend support and assist in solving various problems encountered in the process of customer account opening and maintenance.

• Handling inquiries and needs from different corporate customers, providing professional and efficient services, and improving customer satisfaction.

• Ensure all operations comply with internal bank policies, anti-money laundering regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations, and maintain high standards of risk management.

• Participate in process optimization projects, improve backend operation efficiency, reduce processing time and human errors.

Work requirements

• Applicants with 5 to 10 years of banking experience, particularly those who have served as Relationship Managers (RM) in corporate banking or customer relationship management, are preferred.

• With extensive bank account opening experience, familiar with various types of corporate customers (including local and multinational companies) due diligence review process.

• Able to handle various special and complex cases independently, with good judgment and problem-solving abilities, and without frequent consultation with superiors.

• Good communication skills, able to effectively communicate with internal and external parties in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
