Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for front-end customer reception and product introduction, providing professional and intimate sales services, enhancing customer shopping experience and brand affinity.
- Proficient in operating electronic cash registers, accurately completing product scanning, amount calculation, cash/electronic payment (including Octopus, FPS, credit card, etc.) processing and change operation.
- Assist with product display and shelf organization, ensure that the showcase and sales area are clean and orderly, price tags are clear, and regular restocking is done to maintain adequate inventory display.
- Daily after business hours, perform cash reconciliation, sales data registration, and clean up around the cash register to ensure compliance with financial procedures and environmental hygiene.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old, with no relevant work experience required. Fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply; the company provides complete pre-employment training and on-the-job guidance.
- Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to face customers of different ages with politeness, patience and proactive attitude.
- Basic Chinese reading and writing ability, able to understand product labels, cash register receipts, and internal work instructions; understanding Cantonese is a must, those with basic conversational skills in Mandarin or English are preferred.
- Comply with the law and be honest, have no bad record, and be able to follow the company's operating rules and basic food safety requirements (because it involves food retail business).
