Financial Manager Responsibilities:
1. Accounting and bookkeeping
-Responsible for the full range of Hong Kong area accounting, reviewing original invoices, preparing accounting vouchers, and ensuring accurate and timely accounting.
-Monthly statement, preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, etc.).
2. Taxation Management
-Cost control and budget
-Participate in cost calculation and analysis, monitor expenses, and optimize cost control.
-Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, track execution and provide analysis reports.
3. Funds Management
-Manage the company's cash flow under the group's overall arrangement, compile funding plans, and ensure funds safety and liquidity.
4. Audit and compliance
-Cooperate with internal and external audits, follow up on audit issue corrections.
-Ensure financial operations comply with accounting standards and internal control requirements of the company.
5. Collaborate with the executive management team to execute various tasks
Requirements:
1. Need a Hong Kong work visa, bachelor's degree or above, accounting, finance, audit and other related fields.
2. Have financial related certificates preferred.
3. More than 2 years of local financial accounting work experience is preferred, but excellent graduates will also be considered.
4. Proficient in accounting standards and tax laws, familiar with Hong Kong corporate financial processes.
5. Proficient in the use of financial software and office software.
