Assistant Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive follow-up on domestic worker application process, including document review, interview scheduling, and visa processing
  • Provide continuous post-purchase support after the employment relationship is established, assist in solving daily management problems and ensure service quality
  • Proactively maintain existing customer relationships by regular communication to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Properly handle and respond to customer complaints, quickly coordinate internal resources to achieve effective solutions

Work requirements
  • Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, and be able to speak fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin, and basic English
  • Applicants with customer service or human resources-related work experience will be given priority, those familiar with the foreign domestic helper recruitment process are preferred
  • Careful and stable, with a strong sense of responsibility and empathy, able to handle sensitive personnel issues appropriately
  • Proficient in using computer office software, including Word, Excel, and email systems
  • Active and proactive, with good stress management and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
